     Policies
Every effort is made to maintain the property in an orderly and
attractive manner.  However, we can make no guarantee of the
exact appearance at any given time of the year due to mother
nature.

You and your guests should be aware that this is a private home
and should be treated with the kind of respect used when
visiting a friend.
Policies:
No indoor smoking including the barn and out buildings.  Please
use the provided ashtrays.  Do not deposit butts on the ground.

Pets must be on a flea maintenance program.  If your pets are
accustomed to sleeping on the bed with you we would
appreciate you bringing your own bedding

Guests must obey 11:00 pm quiet rule.  We must be provided
with a list of all occupants staying in the rental.

If booking in the winter months please remember we do live in
the mountains and a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary.

We do not permit ATV or dirt bike riding on our property.  
However, we are located only 20 minutes from Rock Run ATV
Park, and do allow you to bring your trailered vehicles.  

Security deposit and extra fees will be required with weekly
rentals and bookings with more than six guests.
